MADE IN THE USA for BRANIFF INTERNATIONAL. Braniff International merged with PANAGRA'S WORLD OF SOUTH AMERICA - Pan American Grace Airways, known as Panagra, on February 1, 1967, with Braniff as the surviving carrier. Panagra's Douglas DC-7 is perfectly depicted on this striking shirt which is available in Medium, Large, XL, XXL and 3XL. The Panagra Green and Yellow Color Scheme is beautifully captured on this all-cotton t-shirt from the Elizabeth A. Sheppard Braniff International T-Shirt Collection.
The proceeds from the sale of these fine cotton shirts generate the revenue for Braniff Airways Foundation to support its Braniff Airways preservation projects. The Foundation is an IRS registered 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization.

Originally "Pan-American Grace Airways", the Panagra DC-8-31 Intercontinental Jet dubbed "El Interamericano" aircraft were a familiar sight at Miami International Airport at Concourse E (now "inner" E). Panagra crews and staff created a distinct community within the Pan American family that created a folklore that is still popular today in Latin America.
In 1967, Braniff International merged with Panagra with Braniff as the surviving carrier. Braniff in its own right created the famed El Clan advertising campaign in 1966, which catapulted it into the heart's and minds of Latin Americans that is also still remembered today. Our classic 100-percent cotton t-shirt recreates this classic era with a stunning Panagra DC-8-31 as the main focal point. The back panel features the fully detailed aircraft and the front features the classic Panagra logo.
