Braniff Boutique merchandise is covered under a limited one (1) year warranty from original date of purchase.
Braniff Boutique warrants its products against manufacturer's defects. However, this does not include damages that have resulted from misuse of the product or normal wear and tear. Merchandise replaced under the warranty will be covered for an additional six (6) months from date of replacement.
Braniff Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at department stores, museums or specialty retail stores.
Contact email@example.com to request a return or exchange authorization. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Returns or exchanges past 30 days cannot be accepted. An inspection of the returned item will be conducted upon receipt of the item. The inspection will determine if the item was defective or damaged.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), or an exchange or refund.
Purchaser pays for return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged. We cannot accept C.O.D's for return shipping and we will not refund original shipping and handling fees unless the return is a result of our error.
All refunds will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of our error.
All items that have been discounted or sold as closeouts are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Any item that has been ordered and personalized with engraving or inscription cannot be refunded or exchanged.

International Customers are responsible for Customs Taxes and Duties. These taxes are collected C.O.D. from UPS or USPS depending on choice of shipment. Customs differ per country, and you are responsible for contacting customs to find out what their duties and taxes are. If an order is refused at Customs a refund will be issued after the difference of the shipping cost to get the items back are subtracted from the original order total.
Braniff Boutique tries to ship items that are in stock on the date that the item is received but on occasions it could take up to three business days or longer to fulfill your order. If your item(s) are not in stock and require direct order from the manufacturer, fulfillment time could be considerably increased in addition to shipping times.
Because of the number of items that we offer, we cannot keep them all in stock, which requires a direct order from the manufacturer. This may add to the length of time that you will receive your order. However, you will receive immediate notification that your item was ordered directly from the manufacturer and that additional delivery time will be required.
We also require that the manufacturer send the ordered item directly to us rather than directly to you. While this does increase the amount of time for delivery, we have found that in the long run it is best for the customer because we can check to ensure that the item has been manufactured properly and that it possesses the required quality.
TERMS OF SERVICE
As a condition of use, you promise not to use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any purpose not reasonably intended by Braniff Airways Foundation, Inc. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to use the Services:

To create multiple accounts for the purpose of voting for or against users' photographs or images;
To post copyrighted Content which does not belong to you, with exception of Blogs, where you may post such Content with explicit mention of the author's name and a lil to the source of the Content;
With the exception of accessing RS feeds, you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission. Additionally, you agree that you will not: (i) take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any activities conducted on the Site; or (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site;
To artificially inflate or alter vote counts, blog counts, comments, or any other Service or for the purpose of giving or receiving money or other compensation in exchange for votes, for for participating in any other organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of Services;
